Our team brings a wealth of experience from social work, counseling, and community engagement, all working together to provide the highest level of support for our foster families and children. Alexander Goff
Founder and Operations Director
Alex brings over 5 years of expertise in optimizing business operations and logistics with Solace Fostring. Known for his strategic approach and commitment to operational excellence, Alex leads our operations team in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth.
Pauline Goff
Safegaurding lead
I have extensive experience in working with children and families in Scotland and England.
I have been qualified in Scotland since 1985 and in England since 1999. I also have a Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology); am Care assess trained and Parent assess trained.
